At YLP we understand that starting a yoga practice can be intimidating and overwhelming. Don’t worry, our Monday night yoga classes for beginners were created with you in mind!
These workshops offer a safe and nurturing environment to begin your yoga journey. After completion of the series you will have an understanding of basic yoga techniques and foundation poses to help you feel confident in a scheduled group class.
You will leave with:
- Knowledge of common breathing techniques and practices
- Solid foundation poses to grow your practice with
- The fundamentals of how poses flow together, which will make group classes safe and fun
- How to modify the poses uniquely to your body
