YLP Flow – This all levels class utilizes movement, music, mudra, mantra and meditation to guide students through a fun and creative vinyasa flow. Creative sequencing encourages students to find freedom through moving like themselves. The movement is designed in a way that it meets each student exactly where they are, whether a beginner or an advance practitioner, giving options for all levels of practice. The timeless teachings of yoga are threaded throughout the class to encourage movement beyond the physical practice toward the goal of yoga, Self-realization.  This spirited and devotional flow is a perfect balance of both the physical and spiritual practice of yoga.  (75 min)

YLP Flow Express – All of the YLP Flow goodness packed into a one hour class. (60 min)

Beginner Yoga – This true beginners class is designed to help build a foundation for a yoga practice. Breathing, philosophy and movement will be discussed and utilized in a way that is accessible to all students. The sequencing is presented in a way that enables students to increase strength and flexibility, while moving toward an experience of a calm mind and a kind heart. (60 min)

Flow & Restore – This class combines an exploration of the poses through a gentle and sweet flow followed by a deeply nourishing restorative practice aimed to calm the nervous system, soften physical tension and boost the immune system. This class is appropriate for anyone and everyone wanting to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit!

Soulful Sunday – Soulful Sunday is a spirited class that combines graceful movement and creative flow. Students can expect a blend of moderately paced Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga that is suitable for all levels. Through the physical practice, students are encouraged to turn their attention inward toward a meditative experience of stillness and a simultaneous expression of devotion. This class is for anyone wishing to deepen their physical and spiritual practice. (75 minutes)

Liquid Flow – This sweaty and fluid flow will have you exploring your edges and dancing on your mat! This is our YLP Flow with the volume turned up for Friday night!!  Appropriate for all levels. (60 min)

YLP Flow 1 – This yoga class for beginners introduces the elements of flow with an emphasis on breath and alignment. Perfect for those who have built a foundation and are ready to start flowing. (75 min)

YLP Flow 2 – This intermediate class moves at a faster pace and introduces more challenging poses. Suitable for those ready to take their practice to the next level.

YLP Flow 2/3 – This intermediate/advanced class will challenge you to move at a vigorous pace and to explore the poses of an advanced practice. Suitable for those with a strong ongoing yoga practice. (75 min)

YLP Community Class — This all levels class is taught by recent graduates of YLP’s Teacher Training.  It is a by donation class (pay what you can) and is offered and taught in the spirit of building and supporting the devotional and loving community that is Yoga Love Project.

Dharma Yoga – Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. The practice is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginner to lifelong practitioners and accessible to so many because it meets each student where they are and according to their condition. As students move through the different series, they are encouraged to go deeper and experience the practice in a meditative and spiritual way. Dharma yoga is a devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. The method weaves together many teachings in order to bring all students closer to the goal of Self-realization. This class is appropriate for students of all levels. (75 min)
